The
"ISDN Applications Challenge" - The ISDN Applications Challenge
is a competition open to all ISDN stakeholders. The purpose of the
challenge is to find the most innovative ISDN application to hit the
ISDN marketplace. The challenge is ongoing and entries will be posted
onto the web site for members and non-members to view. Voting on the
challenge will take place once per year and this will be at the annual
GIIF summit. Each entry will be given the opportunity to present itself
at the summit and the attending delegates will decide the winners.
We hope to generate a high level of interest. Summits
& Meetings - The Global ISDN Industry Forum
aim to hold one summit per year as well as annual member only meetings.
To date there have been two summits, the Inaugural Meeting held in
Cambridge, UK, 7-9 July 1998 & the Arizona Summit, held in Phoenix,
USA, 1-3 Dec 1999. Projects – The Global ISDN Industry
Forum run a number of projects relevant to the ISDN industry. These projects range from how best
to promote ISDN to how best to positioning ISDN against new technologies. GIIF
Newsletter - The GIIF Newsletter aims to
keep both members and non-members abreast of the developments both
within the GIIF organisation and the ISDN marketplace in general.
It can also be used as a tool for members to let other ISDN stakeholders
know what is happening within there own organisations. |
